We appreciate your interest in submitting a business plan to Mergenet Solutions, Inc. We have established the following guidelines for business plans submitted to us. Because of the high volume of plans we are currently receiving, we do not accept business plans via regular mail, email, telephone or facsimile. However, we will provide an online idea submission form for your convenience. Please not that only plans received via this process will be reviewed.

We expect to receive a lot of plans and we reserve the right to review only those plans that we believe fit our criteria for becoming a part of Mergenet Solutions, Inc. We also reserve the right to reject plans in our sole discretion and we are under no obligation to return any plans to the sender.

Please do not send us anything that constitutes a trade secret or confidential and proprietary information. We are not in a position to accept such information, nor can we agree to obligations of nondisclosure or confidentiality with regard to submitted plans or ideas.
