Date: 08/12/2004

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

InnoMed Technologies, Inc. has introduced the Nasal-PAP Freestyle, its new CPAP interface. The Nasal-Pap Freestyle, which does not touch the face, is a dramatic departure from anything on the market and it is available in seven sizes to accommodate the broadest sector of CPAP users.

"The Nasal-PAP Freestyle is the simplest most innovative piece of CPAP equipment I have seen in my 15 years in this industry," said InnoMed C.E.O., R. Patrick Karem. "But, it is only one offering in our continually growing and industry leading interface product line."

The Nasal-Pap Freestyle was unveiled with wide acclaim at the AARC Conference in Las Vegas in November creating a great deal of demand for the product. It is now available to the homecare market.

Thomas J. Wood, the inventor of the Nasal-PAP Freestyle as well as the world renowned Nasal-Aire(R) interface, said, "This is one of the best CPAP interfaces on the market because of the high degree of linear flow throughout the system."
