DeVilbiss Partners with InnoMed

Today, May 23, 2008 DeVilbiss Healthcare will contact InnoMed/RespCare customers in the next few weeks to provide ordering information. Customers may also call DeVilbiss customer service at (800) 338-1988 to order the Hybrid, Bravo, or NasalAire interfaces. The InnoMed/RespCare interface line will compliment the existing line of nasal CPAP interfaces offered by DeVilbiss—The FlexAire®, FlexSet® and Serenity® masks. “Not only is there a product fit, but a company fit as well,” added Sanjay Chandran, CEO of InnoMed Technologies. “DeVilbiss and InnoMed/RespCare are philosophically similar—we are both focused on delivering products that improve patient compliance while allowing providers and clinicians to optimize their business and improve efficiencies. We are thrilled to have such as strong, reputable and dedicated partner.” DeVilbiss launched its IntelliPAP Standard and IntelliPAP AutoAdjust systems in late January of 2008. The IntelliPAP systems are designed to provide a comprehensive solution- based on a combination of user comfort, simplified operation, and patient education. The patient education materials include an Introduction to CPAP Therapy video on DVD which features frank-talk geared toward first-time CPAP users, as well as a video on the care and use of the IntelliPAP systems. “These tools were provided to assist the patient and minimize calls to the providers and clinicians,” stated Kristin Mastin, director of marketing for DeVilbiss Healthcare. “All the InnoMed/RespCare interfaces are also feature-rich, intuitive and are accompanied with user videos which should also minimize end-user questions regarding the products. The combination of the products is a great solution for our sleep therapy customers.”
