DeVilbiss Healthcare Expands CPAP Line Through Partnership

Sleep Review, May 28, 2008

DeVilbiss Healthcare has signed an exclusive global distribution agreement with InnoMed Technologies and RespCare®. DeVilbiss will now sell the Hybrid®, Bravo® and Nasal-Aire® lines of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) interfaces.

“There is a natural synergy between InnoMed/RespCare interfaces and our new IntelliPAP™ line of flow generators,” says Kees Regeling, CEO and president of DeVilbiss Healthcare.

InnoMed Technologies launched the NasalAire interface in October 2001 and later updated the product in April 2003, calling it the NasalAire II. RespCare launched the Hybrid Universal Interface, which combines a nasal and oral interface, in June 2006.

The InnoMed/RespCare line is intended to complement the existing line of nasal CPAP interfaces offered by DeVilbiss.
