Hans Werner to Head InnoMed Technologies International Sales

InnoMed Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of
Hans J. Werner to its management team.
Mr. Werner has joined the company as Vice President, International
Sales, and has over 10 years experience in the sales and marketing
of Sleep Disordered Breathing and Non-Invasive Ventilation products
to the International marketplace.
Mr. Werner comes to InnoMed from Vital Signs, Inc., (VITL-NYSE)
where he served as President of the wholly owned subsidiary, Breas
Medical AB (Sweden), and as President of Vital Signs International,
Inc., responsible for $40 million in combined revenues. Prior
experience includes a 12 year stay at Respironics Inc., (RESP-NYSE)
where Mr. Werner last held the title of Director of International
Sales, responsible for all of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East
from 1988 to 1996, when sales in those markets reached $20 million.
Mr. Werner holds a Chemistry BA degree from the University of South
Florida, a Materials Science Engineering M. Sc. degree from the
University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh.
